※ 保健管理センターは医療機関のため、健康診断・診療受診の際には引き続き「マスクの着用」を
　 お願いいたします。ご理解・ご協力の程、何卒よろしくお願いいたします。

※ 整形外科および精神科では、37.5℃以上の発熱がある場合、または新型コロナウィルス検査キット
　 等で陽性となった場合は診療できません。
　　Orthopedics and Psychiatry cannot treat patients with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, or with
　　a positive test kit for new coronavirus, etc.

※ 当センターではインフルエンザ・新型コロナウイルスの検査は行っておりません。
　 お近くの診療所にお電話にてご予約のうえ、相談・受診してください。
　　University Health Center does not test for influenza or COVID-19.
　　Please call your local clinic to make an appointment for consultation.

※ 2019年１月より保健管理センターの診療等が有料となりました。
　　Charging of medical services in the University Health Center began in January 2019.

※ 2021年４月より歯科診療は廃止となりました。

※ 事件・事故・労災等で診断書が必要となる場合は、他の医療機関を受診してください。
