職員健康診断の筑波キャンパスの予約ができます。
以下のカレンダーの青い「〇」または「△」からご希望の月日を選択後、時間を指定して予約してください。
※健診のご予約は受診希望日の前日までとなります。ご協力のほどよろしくお願いいたします。

・ 予約の確認・キャンセルは以下のページより行えます。

Gmailでの登録はできません。他のアドレス（@u.tsukuba～等）をご利用ください。また、キャリア
メール等を使用された場合、予約確認メールが「迷惑メールフォルダ」に入っている場合がありますの
で、ご確認ください。
・ 間違って複数予約を取ってしまっている場合は、最後にお取りいただいたものを優先し、その他の予約
はキャンセル扱いとさせていただきます。
・ You can confirm or cancel your reservation from the following page.

Registration with a Gmail address is not available. Please use another email address
(e.g. @u.tsukuba~). If you use a carrier email, the reservation confirmation email may be
in your “junk mail folder”.
・ If more than one appointment has been made by mistake, the last one will take precedence.
The other appointments will be treated as cancelled.
