予約確認・キャンセル
健康診断の予約の確認・キャンセルができます。
You can confirm or cancel your reservation here.
予約完了メールに記載された予約IDとメールアドレスを入力してください。
Please enter your Reservation ID and e-mail address provided in the reservation confirmation e-mail.
※キャンセルボタンは、次のページのタイトル行右側に表示されます。
The Cancel button appears on the right side of the title line of the next page.
※予約のキャンセルは３時間前まで可能です。
キャンセルできない場合は、受付時間内のご都合の良い時間帯に直接お越しください。
Reservations can be cancelled up to 3 hours in advance.
If you are unable to cancel your reservation, please come directly to the University Hall
during the health examination reception hours.
