令和６年度秋学期学生健康診断の実施について

令和６年度秋学期学生健康診断について、身体検査とこころの健康調査に分けて以下の通り実施します。
該当者は必ず受診してください。

１．身体検査

【対象】
※ ２月・４月に受診した方、下記以外の方は今回の健康診断の対象ではありません。
　 次年度の健康診断を受診してください。
・令和６年5月以降に入学した学生
・令和６年４月の健康診断実施時に留学中・休学中などやむを得ない事由によって受診できなかった学生

【実施日時】
　10月22日（火）・23日（水）　9：00－10：30 ／ 13：00－14：30
　以下のホームページより、希望の時間を予約してください。
　　　＊＊　今年度の予約は終了しました。　＊＊
　　・予約の確認・キャンセルは以下のページより行えます。
　　　＊＊　現在は終了しております　＊＊
　　　Gmailで登録すると、上記ページで必要な予約確認メールが届きません。他のアドレス
　　　（@u.tsukuba～等）をご利用ください。また、キャリアメール等を使用された場合、予約確認
　　　メールが「迷惑メールフォルダ」に入っている場合がありますので、ご確認ください。
　　・予約ができない場合は、ご都合の良い時間帯に直接お越しください。

【健診項目】
　身長・体重・血圧・視力・尿・内科診察　…　全員
　胸部X線　…　新入生・健康診断証明書に胸部X線の結果が必要な学生
　心電図　…　学群新入生・体育専門学群生
　　※健康診断の受付後は当日中に受診を終わらせ、受診票を提出してください。
　　　提出がない場合には健康診断証明書の発行はできませんのでご了承ください。

【受付場所】
　保健管理センター
　　当日は、必ず自宅で体温を測定してからお越しください。体調不良の場合は受診できません。

【持ち物】
　・学生証
　　　受付時に取り出せるようにしておいてください。
　・マスク
　　　着用してお越しください。
　・検尿容器
　　　各エリア支援室・保健管理センターで事前に受け取り、受診当日の起床時の中間尿を持参してくださ
　　　い。生理中の場合で尿の後日検査を希望する学生は、尿検査会場にてお申し出ください。
　・【胸部X線撮影対象者のみ】
　　　・無地のＴシャツまたは肌着（ヒートテック等）
　　　　　着用してお越しください。柄・装飾はワンポイントでも不可です。検査着の貸出はありません！
　　　・髪留め（長髪の方）
　　　　　肩にかからないよう髪をまとめてください。ヘアゴムの貸出はありません！

２．こころの健康調査

【対象】
　５月以降に入学した学生、５月の問診期間に提出しなかった学生

【実施期間】
　10月15日(火) － 11月１日(金)

【実施方法】
　学習管理システム（manaba）にアクセスし、「学生定期健康診断 こころの健康調査」の入力を行ってください。

Regarding the Student Health Examination for Fall Semester 2024

The Student Health Examination for Fall Semester 2024 will be divided into a physical examination and a mental health survey as follows.
Please be sure to take the examination if you are eligible.

1. Physical Examination

【Subject】
※ Those who had a health examination in February or April of this year and those who are not listed below are not eligible for this health examination. Please take the health examination in the next year.

  • Students who enrolled after May 2024
  • Students who were unable to take the health examination in April 2024 due to unavoidable reasons such as being on study abroad or leave of absence

【Period】
　October 22 (Tue), October 23 (Wed)　9：00－10：30 / 13：00－14：30
　　To take the exam, you are required to access the following web appointment page and
　　 select your desired time.
　　　＊＊　Reservation closed.　＊＊

  • You can confirm or cancel your reservation from the following page.
    　　　＊＊　Page closed.　＊＊
    If you register with Gmail, you will not receive a reservation confirmation e-mail required on the above page. Please use another address (e.g. @u.tsukuba~). If you use a carrier email, the reservation confirmation email may be in your “junk mail folder”.
  • If you cannot make a reservation, please come directly to the University Health Center during the above time.

【Test Items】

  • Height, Weight, Blood pressure, Visual acuity, Urine test, Check by Doctor: All students
  • Chest X-Ray: Students who enrolled in 2024 and students who need chest X-ray results for health certificates
  • ECG: Undergraduate students who enrolled in 2024 and students of the School of Physical Education, Health and Sport Sciences

*After receiving the health examination questionnaire, please complete the examination on the same day and submit your questionnaire. Please note that we will not be able to issue a health certificate if you do not submit your questionnaire.

【Reception】
　University Health Center
　　You are requested to measure body temperature at home before the check-up.
　　If you are in bad physical condition, you cannot take the check-up.

【What to bring】

  • Student ID card: Please make sure that you can show the back of it at the reception.
  • Mask: You are required to wear your mask.
  • Urine container:
    Please obtain an urine container beforehand at the Academic Service Offices or University Health Center. You need to bring your first urine on the checkup day. If you are on your period and want to take a urine test at a later date, let us know at the urine test venue.
  • 【For those who take chest X-ray】
    　・Plain T-shirt or underwear without any pictures on it (please come dressed):
    　　　We cannot lend you inspection clothes.
    　・Hair elastic or barrette:
    　　　Please tie your long hair up. We cannot lend you hair elastics.

2. Mental Health Survey

【Subject】
　All students (except those who have already taken in the Spring Semester)

【Period】
　October 15 (Tue) － November 1 (Fri)
