10月学生定期健康診断の予約ができます。
以下のカレンダーから前日までにご希望の月日を選択して、時間を指定して予約してください。

・ 予約の確認・キャンセルは以下のページより行えます。

Gmail（@gmail.com）での登録はできません。他のアドレス（@u.tsukuba～等）をご利用ください。
また、キャリアメール等を使用された場合、予約確認メールが「迷惑メールフォルダ」に入っている場
合がありますので、ご確認ください。
・ 予約ができない場合は、ご都合の良い時間帯に直接お越しください。
・ 間違って複数予約を取ってしまっている場合は、最後にお取りいただいたものを優先し、その他の予約
はキャンセル扱いとさせていただきます。

・ You can confirm or cancel your reservation from the following page.

Gmail addresses (@gmail.com) cannot be used for registration. Please use another email
address (e.g. @u.tsukuba~). If you use a carrier email, the reservation confirmation email
may be in your “junk mail folder”.
・ If you cannot make a reservation, please come directly to the University Health Center during
the above time slots.
・ If more than one appointment has been made by mistake, the last one will take precedence.
The other appointments will be treated as cancelled.
