学生定期健康診断予約（４月）

４月学生定期健康診断の予約ができます。
以下のカレンダーからご希望の月日を選択して、時間を指定して予約してください。

【実施期間】
　令和８年４月14日（火）～ ４月24日（金）
　　　AM　9：00 ～ 10：30　／　PM　13：00 ～ 14：30

・ 予約は6時間前、キャンセルは3時間前まで可能です。
・ 予約の確認・キャンセルは以下のページより行えます。
　 　https://www.hokekan.tsukuba.ac.jp/subscription/
　 Gmailで登録すると、上記ページで必要な予約確認メールが届きません。
　 他のアドレス（@u.tsukuba～等）をご利用ください。
　 また、キャリアメール等を使用された場合、予約確認メールが「迷惑メールフォルダ」に入っている
　 場合がありますので、ご確認ください。
・ 予約ができない場合は、ご都合の良い時間帯に直接お越しください。
　 （お待ちいただく場合がございますので、お時間に余裕をもってお越しください。）
・ 間違って複数予約を取ってしまっている場合は、最後にお取りいただいたものを優先し、その他の予約
　 はキャンセル扱いとさせていただきます。

【Implementation Period】
　April 14, 2026 (Tuesday) ～ April 24, 2026（Friday）
　　　AM　9：00 ～ 10：30　／　PM　13：00 ～ 14：30

・ Reservations can be made up to six hours in advance. Cancellations can be made up to three
　 hours in advance.
・ You can confirm or cancel your reservation from the following page.
　　 https://www.hokekan.tsukuba.ac.jp/subscription/
　 If you register with Gmail, you will not receive a reservation confirmation e-mail required on
　 the above page. Please use another address (e.g. @u.tsukuba~). If you use a carrier email,
　 the reservation confirmation email may be in your “junk mail folder”.
・ If you cannot make a reservation, please come directly to the University Hall during the above
　 time slots. (Please allow plenty of time to come as you may have to wait.)
・ If more than one appointment has been made by mistake, the last one will take precedence.
　 The other appointments will be treated as cancelled.
